Workers find human heart in salt pile in Tennessee, triggering homicide investigation: "Somebody, somewhere knows"

Testing of tissue samples confirmed that it was an adult male human heart, the sheriff said.

How obvious can they make it? How many times have you or someone you know randomly found a human heart or organ just chillin' out and about?
