Alright for a few days I have been having these symptoms after getting over a small fever or whatever it was.

Currently right now I am having a rather excessive amount of diarrhea despite me not even feeling unwell unlike days before and when I got better that's when it unexpectedly started, for a few days it hasn't stopped barely enough but is ongoing.
I don't know if I have some stomach bug since I can hear bubbling and other sounds occasionally going off, not really too sure. But this is not normal for me, is there any idea of what remedies there might be that work or what I may have?
I have heard plain baked potato, salt only. You do not have to eat the skin but have a whole baked potato every day. I have been told that it works wonders for that but haven't experienced long enough to have to try it out. Good luck! Hydrate, electrolytes, I like bubble water too, I dunno, feels faster?
Your body is just purging toxins. Keep your other vitamins up too so don't just eat potato. Tea might be better than plain water for hydration because water can strip you of nutrients. If you feel like you need help do not hesitate to ask or call. If the potato doesn't help you might want to consider thick foods like oatmeal.
Thanks for the information I appreciate it, yesterday it completely stopped with me taking apple cider vinegar. I didn't know prior they actually classified it as a probiotic.
I have heard good things about apple cider vinegar. it's a bit strong for me and watering it down only makes it last longer. I do like pickle juice though.
I am gonna level, I feel like accepting Christ as my savior and believing that I don't have anything to worry about is probably the best. Survived "covid" with cocoa powder cuz some paper said I theoretically could and I believed it. Check out the placebo effect, it's almost like as soon as you believe that you can get better you do. Jesus told us about it. That dude was all the good news.
