For strategy I have read somewhere we could exploit what’s called empathy gap. How weaker parties overcome is they become more innovative while stronger party is overconfident in their own tech and power and get lazy in strategic thinking. Think Vietnam and Afghanistan. Also I’ve read theory is we can essentially ‘out crazy’ them as advanced beings would have cured themselves of crazy. So a “chaos craxy doing things that don’t make any strategic sense strategy” might be confusing to them
