It probably is; however there are those of us out here who do know what the Reason for the Season is and that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Kids do love the magic of the season with Santa, but once they are of age, they usually figure out. Santa was just something to give them a little belief in someone they couldn't see, much like Jesus Christ. No, Santa isn't really there because we can't see him at night when gifts appear and he isn't real, but Jesus is here even though we can't see him. Somehow, it goes to 'help' teach a child that Jesus is real and he answers your prayers even though you can't see him. Like Santa when kids are younger, he delivers gifts even though they can't see him. Don't know if this makes sense, and I'll probably catch some flack over it, but once kids reach about the age of 6 or 7, they stop believing in Santa and start believing and wanting to know who Jesus Christ is. That is for those who have homes who actually believe in Jesus Christ and not the homes who don't. These are the kids I feel sorry for. Have a Merry Christmas.
