Unfortunately, the answer to your question is yes. Election law is written by people who win elections and it is not surprising that incumbent protection is enshrined in law. It is extremely unlikely for an outsider to defeat an insider and it is almost impossible for an outsider to win an election contest under existing law. The best lawyer in the world could not organize and present a winning case under the constraints of existing law, especially the time limitations and burden of proof imposed on any contestant. You can know something with absolute certainty and still not be able to prove it in court. It is the law that is the problem, not the judge.
So does this mean there is standing to commit fraud without consequences as long as you win the election in the end?
As long as you are a globalist faggot
