The sad part of it is even this day isn’t really christs birthdate. It’s David’s celebration of the sun. Another pagan holiday. Even that was washed away in history.

The actual birthdate doesn't matter. The Catholic Church used the winter solstice celebration of light overcoming darkness to celebrate the light of Jesus overcoming the darkness of the world.
