I'm in Davidson County on NES. TVA made a request and NES accepted that request: it was NOT due to demand or supply issues. It was VOLUNTARY. But you or me and any of thousand other customers fall behind on paying service bill, and our service is pulled. My point there are standards which exist - the standards for disconnecting hundreds of thousands of customers in Good Standing was an illegal Act and possibly a Criminal.act. "Rules for Thee but not for me" is the issues.
