I watched that interview and what I think he said was that the commander in chief would always be a civilian. Military governed by civilian rule for the specific reason of preventing a militaristic takeover by one political party.

I didn't interpret that as the military can't step in to correct a fraudulent election if all civilian avenues of redress have failed, coupled with bigger imminent threats on the international stage. I'm just waiting for Trump to make his move, which I'm sure will be perfectly timed to disrupt the globalists plans (sometime after Jan 20 so he is still eligible to run in 24). And once he is officially sworn back in I can't even imagine the sound of all the heads exploding around the world.
