The lawsuit was not dismissed with prejudice, so it could be refiled with a ton of new information that has come to light.
thank you. if what you say is accurate than this lawsuit is far from over with the new material facts exposed via Twitter files. not sure of timing of everything but it begs the question at least of why trump's attorneys didn't file an "amended complaint" to include the files. but then again, one might argue that the expectation for even more to come favors the strategy of a dismissal without prejudice in favor of a new filing when they are ready to present the mountains of evidence.
it's also worth noting that a dismissal without prejudice suggests that both the plaintiff and defendant agreed to a stipulation of dismissal. I may be wrong here, but most decisions from a court where both sides fought fully without any settlement and/or stipulation typically result in a decision with prejudice.
