If she was incriminating herself with everytime she opens her mouth, lawsuit against her would not have been thrown out, and lawsuit by her would not have proceeded.

I don't know who this foghorn express is, but she seems to have some bones to pick. I would rather wait until this plays out in public. So far it hasnt.
