Every City cursed with hoards of savages will need a way to cleanse themselves. I suggest teams of attractive women walking through the streets with hidden cameras. When these savages speak to them with disgusting behavior, they are caught on camera and then found and deported. Women are not fodder for savagery. OUR STREET WILL BE SAFE.
