Does Putin has the goods on Biden and Son Ukraine? Why doesn't he release it all?

Leads me to believe the billions of dollars Biden is draining from the US taxpayers isn't making any difference in the war. Otherwise why would Putin just let everything out that he has on Biden and the rest?
