As I understand it, the vaccine severely limits the IGg3 antibody numbers, which cause a ruckus in the body when they find their target virus, and boosted numbers of the IGg4 antibodies which allow viruses to multiply without causing many symptoms. However, the virus is still rampaging through your body.
