KEK, started in World of Warcraft. Originally you could only have characters on Aliance or Horde on a server and the language filter between the two, whenever one side typed LOL the other side would see KEK. I am not sure what year it was integrated into the PePe/Kekistan meme fun, assuming it was around that same time though.
