Benedict was one of the chief architects of Vatican II, and IMO his greatest achievement was publicly regretting this. He spent his papacy trying to expose and reform the pedo and banking scandals, and that is what led to the Jorge led coup to push him out. Papa Benedict XVI ora pro nobis
