In the video, guy in the church says that in 2020 the EE ranch was sold to a billionaire. Anyone know who the billionaire was that bought it? My search is turning up zilch.

If we knew the address, we could look up the property tax records. It may be obscured by an LLC or something similar, but it would be a starting point. Perhaps we have an Anon familiar with the area that could lend a hand.
