Ibuprofen for annoying headaches and body aches.
Sleep for just about everything else.
Crying helps boat loads for sinuses, it ain't pretty but it works. Try happy crying, though. No sense being depressed while you are down. Bee pollen helps to prevent sinus issues too.
I occasionally eat healthy. Not a lot of junk food all the time but rarely what would be considered a complete meal. Often eat only one meal a day, but will eat if I feel hungry. Try to make most of my food and snacks myself, fail often. The food comes out fine but I do still eat pre-made from time to time. Gas station food is my weakness. I do consume a lot of eggs and beans, those are supposed to be good for a lot of nutrients, so I do not feel like I need to supplement, don't want too much. Fresh fruit is a must! So good! Salads, like startling large salads when I am in a salad mood. Tons of delicious veggies and italian dressing.
