I take Magnesium every night at bedtime . Plant based Calcium & C every day for my teeth and bones and avoid sugar. Brewers yeast or B complex a few times a week bcz a deficiency gave me panic attacks. Probiotic occasionally for digestion. Turmeric tea 3x day. I should take MSM every day for my shoulder but I forget when it doesn't remind me. Rx for Nutritional Health is my second Bible. I also read Adele Davis when I had my kids. big help.
Aunt Effie's cough tonic: 2 T hot water, 1 T honey, 1 T vinegar, 1/4 t cayenne pepper, 1/4 t ginger. Take a spoonful when needed. It's also good for sore throat and post nasal drip.
