Quercetin, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 (important in regulating where calcium gets deposited, teeth and bones instead of arteries), Vitamin C, Zinc, trace minerals, and liquid multivitamin and multimineral MaryRuth). Intermittent fast and walk. Take Ivermectin weekly. Never get sick. No meds. Age 70.
I follow a very similar regimen, except I take sulforaphane instead of ivermectin.
I have taken ivermectin on a few occasions when I felt like I might be catching a cold or flu, and woke up the next day feeling fine, but I don't take it regularly.
