I took off and went to a park. There was no problem. I drove through a populated area and noticed particles in the air that caused an issue.

These agents are in the area, doesn't matter if they come from the sky or from another vehicle, it is not natural and its not healthy.

Its not important if this event is misclassified or not, there are agents being released into the air.
