So chemtrail spraying comes from nozzles located in the wings? Also, what stops our nefarious powers that be from not cloning commercial airliners to perform the task?

Why would they do that when the Military has thousands of aircraft? If I was going to do something bad I would use the military at night. The picture above is of a JAL Commercial aircraft.
