Unconstitutional laws are unenforceable. I smell a class action.
Watch the crime wave from hell hit thees people. We will be laughing our asses off.
It would be hard to tell. They are already in a huge crime wave because of the no bail and no arrests for "minor" crime.
Liberals are arrogant and stupid. The only way they learn is if something destroys their lives over and over again. Then maybe.
More time and money spent on a law that will be tossed out during trial.
What we need is a law that states proposing/passing a clearly unconstitutional law will result in the lawmaker's termination. That way, more time will be spent actually researching whether any proposed laws are actually enforceable. Of course this will never happen, but a man can dream.
