I will provide you this and it has given me comfort ever since it happened.
I was once stopped by a police officer. I was really working to get out of his way because he was coming up behind me. Anyway, this fucker pulled me over for speeding. He let me off with a warning, but I was still fuming. Then it hit me. He had already went on about his day. He didn’t have a care in the world about me. I was angry at him for stopping me for a bullshit reason, but at this point I was my own worst enemy. I let it go for the sake of myself. Learn to let things go when fuming about something that only causes you harm.
My greatest fault is that I have the complete inability to not care. It causes me great amounts of anger; especially with what is going on in this world. So, I have to look for ways to logically not care. I have fallen short many times.

good advice fren :) i've been working on the anger management this last year, doing alot of yoga and meditation, its actually helped quite a bit
