If they have vaccine induced AIDS there is no saving them. Most of the stuff we use to treat HIV induced AIDS won't help because it's based on counteracting the virus and its effects...in the case of the vax its their own bodies killing them and there's no way to stop their cells from making the spikes forever...well not forever, heh.
