I have a couple ALARMS set to help remind me. It's very easy to forgot because life gets so fast pace. I tried in beginning to just remember but failed horribly so just know u arent alone. God bless u

I set an alarm on my phone. That really works. I've been doing it at 7:14 pm everyday for several months. At times it's awkward, like when your alarm goes off in a crowd. I try to find a spot less occupied, sometimes it's tough. A couple weeks ago my wife and I were Christmas shopping at JC Penney and I found a spot in some clothing area. A man pushing a cart stopped and asked if I was ok? My wife told him that I was praying but thanks for asking. Anyway it shouldn't be awkward. Pray for me please. Thanks.
