Looks like an ambulance to me. Fords(350, 450, 550) are a common base, but the equivalent GMC/Chevy trucks are also used, or an Express or other truck frame could be used. The registration will reflect what kind of truck frame is at the bottom. There is another important paper that comes pasted in the ambulance somewhere which has more detail about the patient area, if a box. Ambulance boxes are often custom made, there are a thousand configurations. This one does not have red or blue lights. In some states an owner who is not affiliated with an official Healthcare or govt. agency has to strip off the red front and side lights and disable the siren/horn.
