The problem is that nobody outside of Q team knows the plan, it can only really be discerned after the fact.

As for Elon, reading Q posts there's now implications that Elon WAS a black hat that got converted, forget which posts but one was "pick up the phone" and after the Twitter purchase the first profile picture was a young Elong having picked up the phone.

All things considered, the time travel angle seems the most likely as to how these posts have maintained meaning and relevance 5 years in.
