This may be the case in the first week. But if this show drags on a second, third, or fourth week that vibe of excitement among the RINOs and Democrats will dry up as the reality sets in that they cannot legislate until a Speaker is chosen. That means the purse strings remain closed for the duration of the vote. Without a Speaker, the new Congress cannot allocate any of our tax dollars.
They may be raking in the cash now, but that well is quickly drying up.
