Chapo flipped a long time ago. Prison in CO is protection in that business. I would bet my left nut that clowns were the handlers behind cartels. Can only imagine how different Mexico will be in 10 years. México could be the next China, but only if approached the right way. The phrase 'Mexico will pay for it' keeps repeating in my head.
