Brunson will cause HAVOC next week when we get a ruling.

Trump would rather KM be speaker ATM in order to:

A. Soften the blow by being a "moderate".

B. Take the heat, possibly being one of those removed by Brunson.

Trump needs to NOT be speaker at that time... because he WILL be President again soon?

There won't be a ruling on merit, only a decision on if the court will hear oral arguments which wouldn't then happen for quiet a while.
