I'm someone who never really went with the norms and didn't really care if I thought differently than others. I ended up in a shouting match with my manager 2 weeks into my first job because I believed he was wrong to just copy paste product info from a website to ours without verifying the information. A second manager stepped in and let me do the work of checking all the info before it made it to our site.

But I'm also more of a snake in the grass. I can converse with the normies very well. It is easy for them to open up to me and like me. I'm able to sneak in the information I have to share during these conversations, be it family or a random stranger on the street.

The frontline warriors who are able to shout it out loud to people's faces and take more flak for it are far better than I am.
