I AM GUILTY!!!!! I get so wrapped up in reading I always forget to upvoye when needed. I try to implement a few rules. Upvote if I laugh, upvote if I comment, upvote if I learn something. I'm not a downvote guy so if I do downvote anything it is off the charts horrendous.
