This seems like a 99 yard Hail Mary. Trying to not get my hopes up but can’t understand SCTOUS’ actions with even considering it. They could have just ignored it. If they don’t accept it now they are sending a clear message to all that the constitution is AND judicial system is utterly meaninglessness. Patriots in control?
