We can’t change their minds or protect them, which is a natural instinct with us as parents or grandparents. I pray, as I hope all of you do, that many are spared. I know I’m not the only one out there worried about all of this and afraid for loved ones.

I lost my cool with my family last night after dinner. They are all vaxxed and beyond hope for changing their minds. I have no clue how to cope I'm doing it all wrong.
I used to lose it out of fear, but a friend suggested this and it has worked for me(so far).
Deep breaths. Remind yourself that every moment is a gift, and whatever will be then - right now is not then. So rejoice with them now. Be present, accepting and full of love. Now is what matters, not then.
What will be, will be. It is, was, and always will be in Gods hands. Not ours. Stay blessed.
Agree it is not worth arguing. Most will defend taking it out loud even if they secretly reget it. If people are not willing to look into it I do not think they would regret it.
This is beautiful. Saving your comment.
