It was perfectly legal for Trump to have these documents. The raid was illegal. Two wrongs don't make a right. The question I would have is. Does the VP have the same legal right to declassify as the President has. Did Obama declassify these documents? If so, no raid needed and everything was on the up and up. Just like it was with President Trump.

Obama told biden they were declassified, thats enough to declassify them according to Trump. Hell Trump said the president can declassify docs just by thinking about it. Good luck proving they weren't.
