I have seen the thing about "read the admissions sign in bc it has fine print" etc., and im even prepared to stay in her room and watch every nurse who comes in and out, but, for example in the operating room, where i will almost certainly not be allowed to go, who's to say they wont try in there? sick thinking about it. please pray for us!

suggestions spell out on admissions paperwork, refuses covid vacine. initial after writing it in. Then have admissions registra initial beside it. take a copy with you of signed form. Also have them list it as an allergy. Pharmacy cannot release it if allergic without raising questions
