Are they saying that it can sometimes pass the blood brain barrier and affect hormones or something?

When I hear these doctors mention mrna vaccines and the brain.. I keep thinking about Lara Logan's interview I watched on SGT.. when she talked about Crispr and how they want to remove the God gene.
