Established only since March 2008. Interesting. Why would Obama put this in there? Take out opponents? Compose of 8 people on the board that are private citizens and not congressmen. See link above. Karen Haas is one of the board of directors.

Edit: Karen Haas also used to work for Disney. Some order remind me why the name Karen haas sounds so familiar.
