Biden's sister, Valarie, is married to R. Kevin Owens. CPA. Specialising in shelf companies, taxation and off shore accounts. Steven Owens just happens to be associated with both Station Street Capitol and Dominion LLC. Dominion posted a "entertainment" income in excess of 1.4 Billion for FY 2019. R. Kevin Owens is based in a inconspicuous, detached house/ office in California. Follow the money.
