Anyway... who were Mary and Joseph PRIOR to becoming the earth born parents of Jesus?
The information that we have doesn’t speak much to that. Joseph was a carpenter.
What happened to Joseph later in the story as he is not mentioned much, especially being at Jesus's crucifixion?
There isn’t any intimation. Most of the gospel content is about Jesus’s ministry that started when he was 30 years old so it is possible (speculation) that Joseph was no longer alive at that point.
If God knows and LOVES us before we were born, why is it that one must go through Jesus in order to get to Heaven?
Jesus’s words in John 3:16-21 are a good place to start. It makes more sense to read this whole paragraph than just the famous 3:16 verse. People’s works are evil, and they will be condemned unless they believe in Jesus. Yes, God loves us. The situation is that God has given us the freedom to decide how we want to live. We can believe he exists and f that Jesus is the son of God, or we can reject him.
Why is Jesus tied to so many symbolism that the cabal/Illuminati/evil elites/whatever you want to call them also tied to?
I’m not certain that I understand the question but will try. 1 John is a short book in the New Testament that would be a good read, particularly chapter 4. There are deceivers inside the church and outside. Wearing a cross shaped necklace doesn’t guarantee someone’s behavior. I’d also point to Ephesians 6:12- that in this world we are watching a spiritual battle of good versus evil.
