I just called his office in Boise. When I asked why, the staffer said “..to add a conservative voice?” She didn’t even know why and said she was getting a few phone calls about it.

Same thing in Montana. TONS of political refugees. The blue in Idaho and Montana comes from the washed up ski bum industry workers who want someone to pay for their ski / rafting bum lifestyle
