Word to those still masking anywhere: 76 year old friend, vaxed and boosted (wouldn’t listen to what we said about the ax) was recently hospitalized with breathing issues for 4 days. Doctors told her she had RSV (usually more common in children) and that hospitals are seeing it more in adults too from wearing masks. I don’t know if this is true or just a cover for the vax and boosters, but it sounds logical because masks increase dental, throat and respiratory infections. Another 85 yo male friend, unvaxed, takes care of himself, normal BMI, takes Vitamin D and at first sign of feeling unwell started ivermectin and mullein tea for breathing issues. Despite all that, his breathing became worse and he had to be hospitalized with pneumonia in all lobes of his lungs. Now he is in the ICU because his oxygen saturation’s were low. He has already been hospitalized 5 days and has been told probably at least 7 more days. He would comply with masking at doctor’s offices, not sure, but I doubt he wore when shopping. Masks are NOT your friend!
