I stated when he won the Speakership that he was neutered by the 20, but the more I thought about it I realized that there was more to it. As a RINO, he became beholden to special interest groups and had strings attached. He can no longer answer to them! He doesn't have the support to override MAGA . I believe this is the reason he went to Mara Lago so many times after President Trump left the White House. This was all part of the plan and he seemed (to me) genuine in his thanks to our Great President.
