Not controversial. Now the guy trying to tell you that he's growing wires in his blood because of carbon nano fibres are being dosed along with all manner of behavior modification chemicals over major cities for the target population? He's talking about a different subject. To conflate the two is to purposely confuse the issue. If there was evidence that addressed the proposition of human behavior modification chemicals being rained from overhead by every plane with a vapor trail behind it, you can be sure that's what would be presented. Not Operation make it somewhat more statistically likely to rain some.
