The price is totally outrageous but of course the picture is misleading. Put an 18 pack in front of the 30 pack that the price tag reflects to make it look worse.
price tag is next to a label that says "30 cage free"...
Yes, but like all fake news, they sensationalise it by putting the smaller package in the forefront of the picture. People like you and I read that part. Many will think that price is for the smaller one at a glance.
give people here more credit. I saw the 30 eggs sign before I saw the 18 pack, which is partially obscured anyway. Sure, the person taking the pic could have zoomed in a bit, but having to think a little when seeing an image is probably good practice.
