The way I read it, is WEF backwards is the word FEW NWO Backwards is OWN

the Few Own us. Or Think they Own Us.

That bar in the middle is confusing, it appears to be an I, but it is slightly taller than the letters, so I think it is a partition. It is very clever to have noticed that. They tell us everything in their symbolism.
