He certainly did not have the answers. But I bet he was pretty talkative during the latest shareholders meeting. Why couldn't he anwer simple questions from a news agency? He is a public official overseeing a public corperation, yet the cat got his tongue? Naw, he got caught and didn't have the answer as to why people are dying.
