I have a gas stove. In the last month the flame has turned yellow. I cleaned the air intakes and looked in the manual and the only adjustments are to change the orifices. I've had this stove for over 2 years. Is this a gas supply problem?

No, I don't believe it has anything to do with gas supply when your gas stove flame turns yellow. Typically if it's yellow, it means there's a lack of oxygen coming through to 'feed the flame'. Something may have been clogged or needed cleaning.....grease build up can cause this.
