I have a gas stove. In the last month the flame has turned yellow. I cleaned the air intakes and looked in the manual and the only adjustments are to change the orifices. I've had this stove for over 2 years. Is this a gas supply problem?

There is all kinds if stuff in natural gas. It's typically only 80-85% gas. They add mercaptain for the smell, and there is various other things. Oil, diesel/ gas, water are also all in the lines that could be cutting off perfect flow. Not sure where you are in the nation but a system that is 55-60 operating psi is only a 1/4 psi or 7"wc I'm your house. Alot of variables. I work for a gas utility so have some understanding of the system.
