In the hospital with second son. Teen. Pureblood of course. Bad headaches last two days. Can’t sleep. Can’t eat. Nauseated. Scans and such are fine. Had to sign for a spinal. Ok. Made a side note that no transfusions of vaxxed blood. That was almost two hours ago.

My son suffered from terrible migraines in HS. He was tested for a number of things and ultimately they found a serious magnesium deficiency. He had to take a particular type of magnesium that was more absorbent and it really, really helped. He learned to know what to do and not do, etc. He can't work out without making sure he is drinking enough fluid, can't have too much caffeine, etc. But mostly, it was the magnesium I think. He has problems infrequently now and nowhere near as mad.
Magnesium. Cool. I’ll look into that. It is part of my daily supplements but not his. I’m heading back to the hospital in a bit with the littles, wife’s up there now, I’ll ask the doctor what they think too. On all supplement or homio alternatives it’s interesting to hear the “docs” opinion or their demeanor towards it. Thanks
If I were still in school this is what I would study. I think they've been neglecting this area for some time.
